This maintenance was completed successfully and our platform has been fully upgraded. It lasted an extra 10 minutes as we had a deployment delay during which login was unavailable but this was resolved as soon as the deployment was complete.

We are happy to say Bandsintown Manager is now much faster and more secure than ever before and the updates performed open the door to significant product improvements. Stay tuned!

Hi all!

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on Bandsintown Manager this Monday, December 10 from 9 am to 10 am ET to update our database and back-end platform. Please note Bandsintown Manager will be inaccessible during this time but the Bandsintown API, Events Widget, WordPress/Wix/Squarespace Plugins, and the Tour Dates tab on your Facebook Page will remain available at all times and continue to show your events, so your fans can RSVP and purchase tickets. We will be posting updates on this page, feel free to subscribe to get notified on the progress!

If you need to announce shows on this specific time slot, you can simply create your events in advance and schedule their publication for the time you want, or grab a cup of coffee and come back as soon as we're done.
