Hi all, we have been observing degraded performance from sign up and login to Manager due to a Facebook API issue. This was an issue on Facebook's side which affected a number of platforms outside Bandsintown. If you attempted to login or sign up, you may have experienced an error message but that would not prevent you from logging in.

The incident appears to be resolved by now but it may take several minutes until requests are processed at optimal speed. We apologize for the inconvenience which is outside of our control.

Please note we are working on offering you an alternate logging option so you can still connect to Bandsintown Manager even when Facebook is down.
